Mr. Gribbons, born and raised in Sudbury, has 40 years of experience in mining and industrial process control. Under his leadership, Synergy Controls has won numerous sales awards and two Innovation Awards since its founding in 1992.
As CEO and founder of Maestro Digital Mine, he has received two Innovation Awards, an IoT Commercialization Award, and a Company of the Year Award. Michael has actively volunteered with the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, serving as board director, treasurer, and executive board member. He also served two terms as board director and treasurer of CAMESE (now MSTA), two terms as board director and vice president of MineConnect, and two terms as board director and co-chair of MIRARCO Mining Innovation.

With a background in Instrumentation and Control Technology, Jacob combines technical expertise with commercial leadership to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency in mining operations. His hands-on experience in digital mine networks, industrial automation, and strategic sales has been crucial in expanding Maestro's global presence and delivering scalable, future-ready solutions.
Jacob is focused on corporate governance, business development, and innovation, ensuring Maestro remains at the forefront of digital mining transformation.
Jahanzeb Sohail

Mr. Sohail is a dynamic leader with a strong background in engineering, operations, and business management. Originally from Pakistan, he moved from Dubai to London, Ontario, to study at Western University, earning both bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical and power systems engineering.
As Chief Operating Officer at Maestro Digital Mine, Jaha oversees engineering, operations, logistics, IT, sourcing, and finance, ensuring alignment between business strategy and execution. He leads cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth. His expertise in managing complex systems, optimizing resources, and fostering innovation is crucial in positioning Maestro as an industry leader.

As Supply Chain Manager at Maestro Digital Mine, he has successfully addressed critical challenges such as inventory accuracy, space optimization, lead-time reduction, and component shortages. He has also implemented cross-training initiatives to foster team growth and ensure the department's long-term success.
